Guess what, Ireland.  Brian Lenihan and Brian Cowen just sold you down the IMF river.  Why?  To bail out bank bondholders and giant European banks.  Of course!  That's what governments are for these days, apparently.  And they'll tell you that the bailout policy is all for you own good.   And for little old ladies and pensioners and orphans.  Just don't tell that to the cancer patients. 
Yep, another nation made IMF debt slaves on behalf of the international banking cartels.  And Goldman Sachs and Rothschild & Compagnie are on the list.

Anglo-Irish Bank did not represent a systemic risk to the Irish economy, it wasn’t a high street bank like AIB or the Bank of Ireland. If it had been allowed to go the way of Lehmans the only losers would have been shareholders and bondholders. The Irish state stepped in and nationalised a bank that was basically run by crooks lending to property speculators.  

• The Irish people are taking losses that should rightly have been shouldered by bondholders.

Every child in Ireland is being bequeathed a huge debt at birth to protect the interests of foreign, mainly German, bondholders – why?  Guido was once a bond trader, it was always understood that sometimes the bond issuer defaults.

• That is the risk investors take.

So why is Dublin’s political establishment so keen to protect foreign investors at the expense of future generations?  Guido has obtained the list of foreign Anglo-Irish bondholders as at the close of business tonight.  These are the people whom Dublin’s politicians really seem to care about:

Of the 80 listed companies only 7 listed pensions and being a cooperative savings institution. Of those only 4 listed churches and unions as their clients, the others could well have been big pension funds. The churches and unions in question were in Germany not Ireland.  Those seven companies are amongst the smallest of Anglo Irish's bond holders.  I only have figures for four of the seven.  The largest, Union Investments of Germany, has a mere €165 billion in assets under management. 
The total assets under management which I was able to compile from publicly available figures is €20,871,150,000,000.   That is an underestimate because the bond holders who turn out to be Private and Swiss banks don't publish any figures.  So Anglo Irish's 'bond holders' hold and invest MORE than 20.8 trillion euros.  Guido lists those bond holders as holding between them 4 Billion euros in Anglo Irish bonds.
Now, in my opinion both figures are likely to be wrong.  Certainly my figure is a large underestimate.  But taking them at face value Anglo Irish would account for one 5000th of the total assets being managed by all the bond holders.  So would even a total default by Anglo Irish cause that much, let alone systemic, pain and risk? Why are the 'Bond holders' and the Irish government so concerned that the Irish people be forced to take the loss and pay the debts for them?
Now lets look at the other side of the equation, at Ireland itself.  Well Ireland's GDP before the crash, in 2008, was ... drum roll please... €207 billion.  Or 0.207 trillion.

SO....  on one side we have Ireland whose bond holders, its people, have between them a total GDP wealth of 0.207 trillion euros.  Who are being FORCED, against their will, to pay Anglo Irish bank's debts to its bond holders, who between them hold 20.8 Trillion euros.  The people of Ireland are paying to, and protecting the wealth and power of, people who have 100 times more wealth!  

So where do these wealthy bond holders live and work?
Germany has the most with 15 of the bond holders. Who between them hold 5.3 trillion euros.
France is next with 10 bond holders.  Who have about 4 trillion to keep them warm.
Britain is third with 9 who have around 3 trillion.
The Swiss have 6 but who have about 8.5 trillion.
America has only three and hold only a trillion.
Other nations include, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Holland Finland, Norway, Sweden, Poland, South Africa and Italy.

All these figures are very rough.  The figure for Switzerland is certainly under because Private Swiss banks just don't publish figures.  What we can say for sure, figures or no figures, is these are not banks investing widow's pensions or orphan's pennies.

So who are they? Well many of the bond holders are privately held banks, which list their activities as asset management for off-shore, non-resident and high value individuals.  To give you an example, one of the private banks is EFG Bank of Luxembourg.  EFG stands for European Financial Group which is the third largest private bank group in Switzerland.  It manages over €7.5 trillion in assets.  It is 'mostly', 40%, owned  by Mr Spiro Latsis, son of a Greek shipping magnate.  He also owns 30% of Hellenic Petroleum.  His personal fortune is estimated to be about $9 Billion.

The Government has a requirement for a range of web site products and services to support the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) in the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT). The contractor shall:
Develop, operate and maintain a minimum of six websites, in the directed languages and conceptual approaches approved by the Government;
Develop, operate and maintain websites tailored to influence foreign audiences per Government-approved Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), conceptual approaches and previously approved prototypes;
Provide full-service cultural knowledge, political, editorial, media, and information technology capabilities; 

Identify, develop, obtain and maintain a network of native/indigenous content contributors with backgrounds in politics, academics, security, culture, entertainment, and other aspects of the GWOT, which appeal to identified foreign target audiences. This network of contributors must provide regular scheduled content and respond as required to emerging opportunities; 

Develop obtain and maintain content for use on the websites;
Develop a plan that measures both performance and effectiveness to determine the market penetration, traffic to, and success of, each website;
Conduct continuous security monitoring of the websites;
Comply with all Department of Defense Information Assurance requirements, including response to event timeliness;
Continuously recommend and conduct, with Government approval, mass marketing efforts to establish brand name recognition, market presence, and capitalize on opportunities to promote the websites and to significantly increase penetration to the intended audience; and,

WE Have No Secrets (Anymore)
Recent revelations of illegal NSA surveillance activities are no surprise to a growing number of people whose lives have been disrupted and destroyed by the high-tech CoIntelPro(13) styled efforts of America's intelligence communities.

American Citizens are targeted with military weaponry because they exercised the right to free speech - in disagreement with the Bush Administration's policies - or they have threatened the profit and propaganda potential of multi-national corporationsl. Some are selected for targeting simply for testing of new systems and technology by DOD contractors who are given free reign to develop these weapons, regardless of the disastrous effects on its victims of non-consensual experimentation.

There are many people who hope that NSA whistleblower Russell Tice will speak truth to power regarding a subject that is a specialty of his - space operations systems, command and control warfare, advanced technology and all-source collection analysis. During an 18-year career, he worked on some of the most secretive programs in the government.

(1) Tice would not discuss with a reporter the details of his allegations, saying doing so would compromise classified information and put him at risk of going to jail. He said he "will not confirm or deny" if his allegations involve the illegal use of space systems and satellites.

"I think the people I talk to next week are going to be shocked when I tell them what I have to tell them. It's pretty hard to believe," Tice said
The technology he is aware of is the same sort of technology brought to light in the original draft of the Space Preservation Act of 2001(2) as introduced by Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio). In it, it specifically calls for a ban on the use and development of space-based "psychotronics" as in these excerpts.

The terms `weapon' and `weapons system' mean a device capable of any of the following: directing a source of energy (including molecular or atomic energy, subatomic particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasma, or extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation) against an object; or
Inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person) by: electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations
Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as: electronic, psychotronic, information weapons, chemtrails....

What is truly important about the Space Preservation Act of 2001 is that it represented a formal acknowledgement of the existence of such weapons, devices and mind control technologies the United States Government currently employs. This, despite numerous calls for bans over the years by the United Nations, not to mention the British government.

Some patents, now owned by Raytheon, describe how to make “nuclear sized explosions without radiation” and describe power beam systems, electromagnetic pulses and over-the-horizon detection systems. A more disturbing use is the system developed for manipulating and disturbing the human mental process using pulsed radio frequency radiation (RFR), and their use as a device for causing negative effects on human health and thinking. The victim, the innocent civilian target is locked on to, and unable to evade the menace by moving around. The beam is administered from space. The Haarp (2c) facility as military technology could be used to broadcast global mind-control, as a system for manipulating and disturbing the human mental process using pulsed radio frequency (RFR).

What does all this mean?

It means, to begin with, that you will need to come to terms - now, or in a few short years - with the fact that the U.S. Government has the technological capabilities to "read your mind" 7b and interact with it. With or without your permission.

If you are skeptical, then, good, you should be. My challenge to you is to do the research, and you'll discover that what I am telling you is true.
The ability to transmit thought directly to your mind - bypassing the ear with what is truly a remote controlled direct brain-to-computer link, is now a reality, as is the reality of thought crimes.

Imagine the implications.

Although the technology in its highest form and application is highly classified, there is a great deal of evidence in the public domain from reliable sources to document this technology. Further, anecdotal reports of abuse of these technologies are becoming more and more common from around the world, particularly those nations who are considered to be allies in "the war on terror". "Victims Communities" are cropping up all over the Internet.

Let's connect the dots.

NASA Plans to Read Terrorist's Minds at Airports(3) is the 2002 Washington Times headline. "We're getting closer to reading minds than you might suppose," says Robert Park, a physics professor at the University of Maryland and spokesman for the American Physical Society. "It does make me uncomfortable. That's the limit of privacy invasion. You can't go further than that."

In 2000, U.S. News & World Report published the article Reading Your Mind -and Injecting Smart Thoughts. According to John Norseen (4), the Lockheed Martin neuroengineer and pre-eminent authority on psychotronics, brain-mapping and mind control applications, "you can begin to manipulate what someone is thinking even before they know it."...creating what Norseen has dubbed "synthetic reality.
But Norseen says he is "agnostic" on the moral ramifications, that he's not a mad scientist – just a dedicated one. "The ethics don't concern me," he says, "but they should concern someone else."

What is Psychotronics?

Psychotronics is literally any electronic device that has the capability of altering the functionality of the mind or the body. In a way, the effects of psychotronics are similar to music that "soothes the savage beast". We all know that different kinds of music - because of their beat and rhythm and the frequencies of the instruments - can have a definite effect on the mood and emotions of people.
Psychotronic devices work much the same way, except that psychotronics is typically used covertly. Its effects are delivered either by 1) directing electo-magnetic waves at a person's brain or body in order to cause it to mal-function or by 2) transmitting subliminal messages directly to the brain in order influence thoughts, beliefs and decisions using what the military calls "voice to skull" communications, sometimes also referred to when describing "synthetic telepathy".

Lieutenant Colonel Timothy L. Thomas (USA Ret.), in his article entitled The Mind Has No Firewall, described this New Class Of Non-Lethal Weapons as (5) "An entirely new arsenal of weapons, based on devices designed to introduce subliminal messages or to alter the body's psychological and data-processing capabilities, might be used to incapacitate individuals. These weapons aim to control or alter the psyche, or to attack the various sensory and data-processing systems of the human organism. In both cases, the goal is to confuse or destroy the signals that normally keep the body in equilibrium."

The U.S. Military defines "voice to skull" as: (6)
Non-lethal weapon which includes 1) a neuro-electromagnetic device which uses microwave transmission of sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse-modulated microwave radiation; and 2) a Silent Sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of person or animals.NOTE: The sound modulation may be voice or audio subliminal messages.

The term "psycho-terrorism" was coined by Russian writer N. Anisimov of the Moscow Anti-Psychotronic Center. According to Anisimov, psychotronic weapons are those that act to "take away a part of the information which is stored in a man's brain. It is sent to a computer, which reworks it to the level needed for those who need to control the man, and the modified information is then reinserted into the brain." These weapons are used against the mind to induce hallucinations, sickness, mutations in human cells, "zombification," or even death. Included in the arsenal are VHF generators, X-rays, ultrasound, and radio waves. Russian army Major I. Chernishev, writing in the military journal Orienteer in February 1997, asserted that "psy" weapons are under development all over the globe.

The term "psy" typically describes electronic devices used to interface or interfere with human/animal minds - psychologically and physiology.

The term "psi", however, is derived from the a CIA funded program called "Stargate"(7) in the 1970's. In this case, "psi" refers to the study and application Remote Viewing, previously known as ESP or psychic ability. This project had two profound goals: 1) to utilize psychic ability for intelligence gathering and surveillance operations and 2) to employ the most powerful magnetometer ever made in order to measure the electrical brainwaves of proven psychic people as they used their minds in order to map the brain's operational frequencies in order to determine how to interject signals and thereby control the mind of an individual, literally turning them into a human remote-controlled toy.(8)


The Power of Psychotronics

The greatest public celebration of the power of psychotronics came in the Persian Gulf War when PsyOps literally convinced the Iraqi Army to surrender. (9)
The March 23, 1991 news brief, "High-Tech Psychological Warfare Arrives in the Middle East", describes a US Psychological Operations (PsyOps) tactic directed against Iraqi troops in Kuwait during Operation Desert Storm. The manoeuvre consisted of a system in which subliminal mind-altering technology was carried on standard radio frequency broadcasts [such as AM & FM Radio].

The March 26, 1991 news brief states that among the standard military planning groups in the centre of US war planning operations at Riyadh was "an unbelievable and highly classified PsyOps program utilising 'silent sound' techniques".

The opportunity to use this method occurred when Saddam Hussein's military command-and-control system was destroyed. The Iraqi troops were then forced to use commercial FM radio stations to carry encoded commands, which were broadcast on the 100 MHz frequency. The US PsyOps team set up its own portable FM transmitter, utilising the same frequency, in the deserted city of Al Khafji. This US transmitter overpowered the local Iraqi station. Along with patriotic and religious music, PsyOps transmitted "vague, confusing and contradictory military orders and information".

Subliminally, a much more powerful technology was at work: a sophisticated electronic system to 'speak' directly to the mind of the listener, to alter and entrain his brainwaves, to manipulate his brain's electroencephalograph ic (EEG) patterns and artificially implant negative emotional states-feelings of fear, anxiety, despair and hopelessness. This subliminal system doesn't just tell a person to feel an emotion, it makes them feel it; it implants that emotion in their minds.
"They were surrendering in droves, almost too fast for us to keep up with..."; "...two Iraqi majors, both brigade commanders, who gave up their entire units..."; and "...one of them gave up to an RPV [remotely piloted vehicle). Here's this guy with his hands up, turning in a circle to give himself up to a model airplane with a camera in it."

Irrational? Not if there was also a voice being beamed into his head from that little flying toy, saying, "Give up, give up!"

According to statements made by captured and deserting Iraqi soldiers, however, the most devastating and demoralizing programming was the first known military use of the new, nigh tech type of subliminal messages referred to as ultra-high frequency "Silent Sounds" or "Silent Subliminals" (see Newsweek, July 30, 1990 pg 61)
Although completely silent to the human ear, the negative voice messages placed on the tapes alongside the audible programming by PsyOps psychologists were clearly perceived by the subconscious minds of the Iraqi soldiers and the silent messages completely demoralized them and instilled a perpetual feeling of fear and hopelessness in their minds.

The same technology described above - highly improved and more powerful - is in use in Iraq today. (10)

Desperate to improve images of civilian carnage, US commanders are using portable electromagnetic-frequency weapons in Fallujah and other “hot spots” in the Sunni Triangle to pacify restive neighborhoods with invisible EM radiation.
“Active Denial”(11) antenna arrays mounted on Humvees are also being deployed to panic and disperse hostile crowds by flash-burning exposed flesh with microwaves.
But unintended side effects from the hidden rooftop transmitters are reportedly triggering violent attacks by exposed insurgents—while leading to AWOL rates of up to 15% among US forces disoriented by these same weapons, as well as the electromagnetic emanations from high-power radars, radios and “jammers”.


John Wood of University College London, UK, an expert in how the brain perceives pain, says the researchers involved in the project should face censure. "It could be used for torture," he says, "the [researchers] must be aware of this."


Amanda Williams, a clinical psychologist at University College London, fears that victims risk long-term harm. "Persistent pain can result from a range of supposedly non-destructive stimuli which nevertheless change the functioning of the nervous system," she says.


Current applications of this technology can be seen in patents such as this one from June 2001 - "Subliminal Behavior Modification Through TV Described in US Patent"(11b) In the patent, it describes its abilities this way:

The program that causes a monitor to display a pulsing image may be run on a remote computer that is connected to the user computer by a link; the latter may partly belong to a network, which may be the Internet.

For a TV monitor, the image pulsing may be inherent in the video stream as it flows from the video source, or else the stream may be modulated such as to overlay the pulsing. In the first case, a live TV broadcast can be arranged to have the feature embedded simply by slightly pulsing the illumination of the scene that is being broadcast. This method can of course also be used in making movies and recording video tapes and DVDs.

This is unfortunate since it opens a way for mischievous application of the invention, whereby people are exposed unknowingly to manipulation of their nervous systems for someone else's purposes.

What Victims of Psychotronic Surveillance & Abuse Experience
Until recently, there were few, if any, credible public accounts of what victims of psychotronic abuse and organized gang-stalking (for purposes of harassment) experience. However, recently, Pulitzer Prize winning author Gloria Naylor (Oprah book club author of "The Women of Brewster's Place") released her account of her own harassment and surveillance in the book "1996".(12) Although Naylor labels the book "fiction" because of certain assumptions which must be made due to the classified nature of the technology involved, it is an accurate depiction of the torture and suffering imposed upon Targeted Individuals.


Not all targeted individuals experience the same things, but there are many consistent features to their harassment. The following is a typical progression of events that lead the victim to the conclusion that they are, in fact being targeted: surveilled and harassed.

1) Acts of "street theater" - usually consisting of "acts" carried out to induce paranoia, and the feeling that you are being watched. This can be done by doing things which, unto themselves, seem like random occurrences or accidents, but, when seen objectively on the whole, a pattern presents itself. It could come in the form of being followed by other vehicles whenever you leave the house. Mail tampering. Email tampering. Apparent illegal entry of the home. People making remarks to you in public that are relevant to remarks you've made in private. All of these things seem like harmless, random events until you realize there actually is a pattern to the events. When the victim complains to authorities or even loved ones, they are viewed as paranoid, mentally ill and delusional... as the dialectic of their harassment intended.

It's the same patterns as experienced by those subjected to government harassment and surveillance under Federal CoIntelPro(13) programs designed to infiltrate and disrupt dissenters.

2) Noise - Imagine living at the end of a dead end street where no traffic exists. And, suddenly, at all hours of the day and night, there is traffic turning around, racing their engines, honking their horns, flashing their headlights, playing stereos loudly... It keeps you awake all night, makes you worry, rattles your nerves and... imagine complaining to the police about the noise and traffic patterns on a public street. Again, the targeted individual is labeled as paranoid. Yet, the noise harassment continues. Imagine the response to additional reports that helicopters are hovering overhead at strange hours for no reason at all.

3) Alienation and isolation - As already stated, reporting these strange events/patterns causes people to question your sanity. The more you try to point out the patterns, the more you are discredited. Police put you on their "crazy" list. Politicians won't even bother to answer your requests for assistance. Little by little, friends families and authorities who used to hold you in high regard dismiss you as mentally ill.

Because of this, the harassment is stepped up, as the perpetrators understand that they can do whatever they want to do to you because no one will believe you, AND, if you continue to try to speak out about what is going on, the more likely it is that you will end up being hospitalized (completely discredited) for observation as a delusional paranoid schizophrenic.

According to the NSA, Russell Tice is paranoid, although psychiatrists not associated with the NSA report that Tice is in perfect mental health.
4) Sleep Deprivation - It is currently estimated that 40% of the U.S. population is sleep deprived. Sleep deprivation is a typical first step in mind control operations - in order to soften up the target. Sleep deprivation is accomplished by means of noise, as expressed above, or by electronic means. The use of tranquilizers or other "hypnotic" drugs to sleep or reduce anxiety make people more susceptible to the effects of electronic "silent sound". So, while takers of Ambien and other drugs sleep, the subliminal effects of their harassment are more profound.

When accomplished electronically, people report these "symptoms", which are generated utilizing microwave and other voice to skull technologies:

A) Hearing unusual buzzing, popping or clicking noises (the same kind microwave technicians report when working on microwave transmitters and antennas) which seem to come from nowhere

B) A sudden but persistent degeneration of sight

C) Headaches, a "tingly, static-like feeling" on the head, to the point of making it feel "numb", like an arm or hand or foot falling asleep - only it's your skull

D) Sudden or persistent nausea or feeling of unbalance. It sometimes seems like "chronic fatigue"

E) Hearing voices, or having thoughts about things that you have never thought about before (most often times perverse things that you would never have thought about). Some are the result of subliminal thought injection designed to cause you to recall memories that are "read" by synthetic telepathy. Some are the result of direct conversations with victims by remote operators using voice to skull.

F) Sudden mood swings accompanied by some or all of the symptoms above

G) Unexplained arrhythmia and palpitations of the heart. When tested, the heart is completely normal with no signs of dysfunction or disease

The Disaster Accountability Project (DAP) released an online petition today, targeting leaders of major disaster relief and aid organizations for failing to do more to prevent the cholera outbreak in Haiti ten months after a devastating earthquake killed up to 300,000 and left 1.5 million homeless. Major relief organizations raised billions of dollars, while telling the public that their relief efforts included water and sanitation work. With half of the funds raised still in the bank, DAP says that aid organizations failed to use the funds with the same urgency conveyed to donors, and that a cholera epidemic was avoidable.
Executive Director Ben Smilowitz says the failure of aid organizations to respond quickly to the epidemic is different from donor nations promising aid that never materialized.


"Donors have been duped. They generously donated in response to urgent appeals to save lives and help the people of Haiti after the devastating earthquake. Now, after billions in cash was raised, earthquake survivors are dying of cholera because conditions are so poor and the donated money is sitting in the bank. This is not what donors had in mind and it underscores the importance of transparency and accountability in relief and aid situations," Smilowitz said yesterday in a phone interview.

The petition targets the leadership of major aid organizations by name, accusing them of "not doing their jobs" and allowing the epidemic to become a major threat. Quoting the Chronicle of Philanthropy, DAP named major charities involved in sanitation and water projects.

Each of these organizations stated that they worked on Water and Sanitation after the Haiti earthquake. As of July 2010 - six months after the Haiti earthquake, American Red Cross raised $464 million and spent $117 million; Catholic Relief Services raised $140.8 million and spent $30.6 million; Oxfam America raised $29 million and spent $11 million; Salvation Army raised $20.5 million and spent $6.8 million; Food for the Poor raised $20.5 million and spent $10.7 million; Mercy Corps raised $14.9 million and spent almost $2.9 million; International Medical Corps raised $13 million and spent $4.5 million. World Vision raised $192 million worldwide and spent $56 million worldwide and CARE raised $36.5 million worldwide and spent $9.6 million worldwide.

When asked about the numbers, Smilowitz said, "These groups try to make their numbers look as impressive as possible. The bottom line is that aggregate numbers tell you very little about what an organization is actually doing on the ground. Programmatic oversight is almost non-existent."
"The international community and Haitian government failed to sufficiently invest in clean water and sanitation after the quake. Now, living conditions are so deplorable and infrastructure so poor, the situation is ripe for the cholera epidemic. The cholera death toll is expected to soar into the thousands," the DAP petition says.
The petition also quotes World Health Organization (WHO) documents which say cholera outbreaks are "closely linked to inadequate environmental management" and that "typical at-risk areas include peri-urban slums, where basic infrastructure is not available, as well as camps for internally displaced people or refugees, where minimum requirements of clean water and sanitation are not met."
Pan American Health Organization epidemiologists have said the disease has not peaked and will likely worsen and spread. 270,000 may be affected in the coming years.

On November 17, the Ministère de la Sante Publique et de la Population (MSPP) reported that the cumulative number of hospital admissions and deaths due to cholera as of November 15 as 18,382 and 1,110, respectively.

Six months after the Haiti earthquake, Disaster Accountability Project released a report detailing a "shocking lack of transparency" in Haiti relief operations.
The Disaster Accountability Project (DAP) is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to improving disaster management systems through policy research and advocacy, promoting transparency and engaging citizens to become more involved in preparedness and relief, and helping to ensure that people know what is happening on the ground during a disaster.
