The oil field that was discovered in Uganda 5 years ago is the biggest oil field in Sub-Saharan Africa, it's in fact so big it is located in the cross-border region where South Sudan, Uganda, the Central African Republic and Congo meet.
If you noticed a few days back Obama said he is also sending combat troops/special forces to all these four African countries.
Just like Iraq and Libya, the military operations in Uganda will undoubtedly be made in coordination with exactly the same mercenary companies that are now present in Iraq, Libya and Afghanistan: Heritage Oil corporation, the group that founded Executive Outcomes and is associated with Blackwater and Erinys Intl.
Now back to the story at hand:
Tony Buckingham's Heritage Oil was the leading oil company in Uganda until in 2009 they sold all their licenses to Tullow Oil, a sister company which was also founded by Tony Buckingham.
While Heritage Oil made 1.5 billion dollars on the selling, Heritage also avoided paying 30% of their profits from this action to the Ugandan government, setting off a conflict between the Ugandan government and Heritage Oil.
Now three years ago Lybia's state oil company Tamoil decided to build a pipeline in a joint venture with the Ugandan government so that Uganda (landlocked nation) could also export their oil easily when they start producing their first oil in 2012.
Of course then the war on Libya started and this Uganda-Kenya(Indian Ocean) oil pipeline project got stalled, no surprise who will take it over now.
There has also been a scandal recently in Ugandan poilitics, after december 2010, when the website WIKILEAKS (AKA Zioleaks) showed that Tullow Oil accused oil company ENI (in which Gaddafi had very large stakes) of trying to bribe the Ugandan government and Heritage Oil in 2009, in order to obtain Heritage Oil's contracts in Uganda.
But as I said before Heritage Oil in 2009 didn't sell its oil rights to ENI (which was largely owned by Gaddafi) but instead sold it to Tullow oil, which was in reality owned and founded by the same people as Heritage Oil: ex-SAS and former SADF commandos, with direct ties to the queen of England and Margaret Thatchers son Mark Thatcher.
And in the process Heritage Oil made money off it and even financially bypassed the Ugandan state, thus snatching half a billion dollars from under their noses.
But now many Ugandan MP's discovered that it WAS NOT (Gaddafi's) ENI oil company that bribed the Ugandan government, AS CLAIMED BY THE PSY-OP WIKILEAKS, but TULLOW OIL ITSELF.
As a consequence of this fact this week the Ugandan parliament decided to freeze ALL Oil contracts, especially those of the leading oil company in Uganda: Tony Buckingham's Tullow oil (the other 2 companies with less involvement are Total and China's state CNOOC). And exactly a day after Ugandan parliament decided to freeze the oil contracts Obama announced he would sent about 100 special forces to Uganda!
So now just after Heritage Oil, with the help of NATO and mercenaries like John Holmes (who founded Erinys Intl., one of biggest merc firms in Iraq besides Blackwater) acquired most of the oil contracts in Libya, they have already set their sights on completely securing the biggest oil field in Sub-Saharan Africa.
And again, America is sending its troops to do the dirty work together with Buckingham's mercenaries to acquire ALL oil contracts in Uganda, or better yet to FORCILY obtain them.
