Hmm, An Interesting Thesis, Indeed! Is Obama Really Mind-Controlled Twins?

Vatic Note:  Wow, this is a must read.  Its fabulous and Dr. Mills did an extraordinary job on analysis in this subject.   I am thoroughly impressed.   He has tied up all the loose ends and put this together like the truth thinker that he is.  Follow the links is a must to understand why he ended up  with this conclusion.    Its a must read and it is the standard by which everything else will have to be measured.  Its the only analysis I have seen that closes all the holes and explains the entire package.  This is amazing.  I am impressed.  Enjoy the journey down this rabbit hole.  Now we can understand why that birth certificate is so important.  Enjoy the read.   Lets us know what you think?  I know, its the old "And he rose again from death!   Two Obama's is a sure resurrection.  LOL

Meet the Mind-controlled Obama Twins
http://americanactionreport.blogspot.com/2011/10/meet-mind-controlled-obama-twins.html
Thursday, October 6, 2011

It's an open secret that acting-President Obama uses one or more doubles.  What if Obama’s double is not just a double?  What if he’s Obama’s twin, and what if neither of them is “in charge” in the White House?

Just in case you’re not up to speed on the Obama double part, take a look at the photos on this page and at the following links. (here) and (here)
Mr. Obama has scars that appear to be cranial surgery scars.  As if that weren’t curious enough, the scars are inconsistent from one photo to the next, suggesting that "Obama" is more than one person, and that both persons are Manchurian candidates.
One person commenting to a blog entry wrote that Obama’s scars are consistent with the scars a person would have after being implanted with a cranial transmitter/transponder (CTT).  I couldn’t find enough articles on CTT’s to come to a conclusion on that one, but I did find that a patent for a CTT does exist.  Its official title in the patent is “Apparatus and method for detecting neural signals and using neural signals to drive external functions,” and the patent number is 7187967. (here)

Notice also the photos of Mr. Obama waving.  In one photo he has long, thin fingers.  In another, his fingers are short and stubby.    Someone has said that Obama’s ears don’t stick out in some photos the way they do in others.  I really couldn’t tell the difference.
It’s a fairly safe bet, then, that Obama uses a double or more than one.  That doesn’t mean, though, that the double is his twin.  The thought that Obama may be twins stems from my little investigation of his hidden past.

As I’m sure you know, he has left almost no paper trail.  Most of the documents he claims as his own are forged.  Most people have only one official birth record.  Obama claims two, and both were clumsily Photoshopped.   Most American men get their first Selective Service cards when they’re young.  Obama got his about the time he declared his candidacy for President.  Most Americans have only one Social Security number.  Obama has several, including one that had been issued to a woman who died during the 1930s.  Unlike names of hurricanes, Social Security numbers are not reused.
Selective Service Registration

The National Review Online attempts to explain away the layers in the most recent Obama forged birth certificate, but techno savvy readers commenting on the article shoot that set of excuses to hell and back.   (here)
As far as I know, the only lawful document recording Obama’s existence prior to his achieving national prominence was an elementary school record from Indonesia.
You may also be aware that no one from his classes at Harvard remembers him.  I did, however, find one person who claims to remember him from his time at Occidental College.  Her name is Lisa Jack.
Who is Lisa Jack?  She’s a psychologist who is almost as enshrouded in mystery as Barack Obama.
Lisa Jack is credited with having taken about a dozen photos of Obama in 1980, when he was supposedly attending Occidental College.  The background in the photos is devoid of anything suggesting the place they were taken.  Those pictures could have been taken anywhere except my teenage son’s bedroom.
I searched out the name Lisa Jack on the Internet.  Her bio says that she has a PhD in psychology and works at Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  (here)

Curiously enough, she has the thinnest bio I’ve ever seen for a member of a college faculty.  Her bio says nothing of her classes, conferences, academic papers, or much of anything else.  All that’s listed is what you see below:
Lisa Jack
Assistant Professor
Ph.D., University of Southern California (Counseling Psychology)
Office: Memorial Hall 329
phone: 612-330-1221
e-mail: jack@augsburg.edu

I checked Google Scholar for any academic papers Lisa Jack may have written.  I found no papers for which she was listed as first author or corresponding author, but I found close to a dozen that listed her a bit further down among the authors.  Most of them concerned psychological studies of twins.  Two of them concern psychological studies of cigarette smokers.  (Obama is a cigarette smoker.)
Okay, so what’s the story on Augsburg College?  Augsburg College is in Minnesota, quietly nestled among—no, not anything as pastoral as trees or rolling hills—it’s quietly nestled among classified government buildings.  Their Physics Department could have kept Mulder and Scully, of X-Files fame, busy for an entire season.  Professor Cyndi Jones is joined at the hip with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), and her specialties include nuclear terrorism. (here) Does that include false flags?   Professor Mark J. Engebretson is in cahoots with NASA and the National Science Foundation, and is an unindicted co-conspirator for what sounds like the HAARP project. (here)    Did college pranksters in his classes have anything to do with the collapse of a nearby bridge at both ends? (here)

Professor David Murr came to Augsburg College from the State Department and monitors activity in space.   (here)  Agent Mulder would have a field day with that guy!  Like, what does a physicist from the State Department do with activity in outer space, conduct exo-diplomacy?

Several faculty members, including two with Russian-sounding names, don’t have links to their pages.  Hmmm.  The Cold War ended barely twenty years ago, and this place is packed with people sporting Eastern European-sounding names.  One can be excused for wondering if Augsburg College has more “rabbits” than a fake chinchilla farm.  (A "rabbit" is the CIA term for a defector.)
Let’s recap this thing before moving ahead.  We have a “President” and his double—possibly a twin.  Both have cranial surgery scars, meaning that some sawbones has been playing around with their brains.  One “Obama” has no known history; the other “Obama’s” history is forged or hidden.  The only person who remembers Barack Obama from his college years is a woman whose profession involves rummaging through people’s brains, who specializes in twins and smokers, and who works for a college that CIA spooks and other spooky types would love.  The name of one of Bela Lugosi's last movies comes to mind: Spooks Run Wild.

Are there any indications that the Obama twins are mind controlled?  Yes, there are.  For one, the guy is not able to speak for more than a minute without a teleprompter.  For another, his voice has the same sonorous tone regardless of what he’s saying.  It’s as if he doesn’t know or care what he’s saying.
The following paragraph reads like a description of the crumbling personality of someone who is controlled by others:
“President Obama finished the speech, walked off the stage, was escorted to the back corridor where he collapsed into a seat against the wall.  Both hands went to each side of his head which was leaning down almost between his knees.

You could see marks on the sides of his face where the stage makeup had been rubbed off by his hands. He wears that stuff everywhere these days.  A staffer walked up and leaned over the president and told him it was time to go.  The president looked up, gave a little smile, and got to his feet slowly. Very slowly.  The only word he said was 'Yeah.'

There was no excitement. No energy from him.  The people around the president seemed to ignore his condition.  They looked right through him until he started walking down the hallway toward the outside.  They followed alongside him and seemed to kind of push him out the door.  The president looked incredibly tired.  Used up.”  (source)  I wonder if the other Obama twin feels like that.

Wall Street fixer Timothy Geithner recently announced, “He (Obama) is not in charge.  I am!”  (here) Check out the Stanley Ann Dunham Obama and Timothy Geithner goings on when they lived in Indonesia.  You’ll find Rockefellers, the CIA, and a deliberately created financial crisis.  (here)
Before CIA-connected Geithner was “in charge” of Obama, Mossad-connected Rahm Emanuel was in charge of him. (here)     and (here)
So where’s all this heading?  An entertainment critic, upon hearing of the alleged death of Elvis Presley, commented, “Good career move.”  Really.
The Book of Revelation suggests a possible career move for the sock puppet Obama twins in the event that “Obama’s” poll numbers sag below that of telemarketers.  Revelation says that the Anti-Christ would be “killed” by a wound in the head but would be resurrected three days later.  Gullible people would be told that this is evidence of his divinity, and they'd believe it and worship him (the way they worshiped Obama during his first few months in office).
Obama’s handlers have a ready made double to pull off the trick.  That’s the way stage magicians do it, except that they don’t assassinate their stage doubles when they disappear and reappear.  A stunt like that would work wonders for Obama’s poll numbers.

Another possibility is that his handlers will pull a JFK on us.  The assassination of President Kennedy was an inside job.  After bumping off JFK, his assassins reshaped the Kennedy image and evoked that false image of Kennedy as a martyr to the very goals that Kennedy had opposed during the last few months of his life.   Toward that end, the Obama twins could be worth more to Wall Street dead than they are alive.

Where Qaddafi Failed, Islam Will Succeed

Let’s face it: Qaddafi was a failure.

He was looking for unity in all the wrong places: Arab unity, African unity, “third-world” unity.

In his doomed quest for unity, Qaddafi was a failed idealist. “Arab”-ness is just another nationalism, another form of empty identity politics. “African-ness” and “Third Worldness” are no better. Africa has two thousand different languages and cultures. The Third World has even more.

Qaddafi also failed to survive and carve out a niche for himself as a head of state to be reckoned with. He failed to win the West as an ally, despite all his concessions and backroom deals.

In his doomed quest for power-through-accommodation, Qaddafi was a failed pragmatist.

Finally, in the most noble effort of his life, Qaddafi took up the cause of the Islamic gold dinar and silver dirham. In this he was a failed saviour.

The irony is that the real Grand Unity Project, fueled by the Islamic gold dinar and silver dirham, was right there in front of Qaddafi’s nose all along, only he couldn’t see it. It’s called Islamic unity.

The vast majority of the world’s Muslims consider themselves part of the Umma – the Islamic nation. According to a Global Public Opinion poll, two-thirds of the world’s Muslims want to “unify all Islamic countries into a single Islamic state or caliphate.”  That means that the minute there is real democracy in the Muslim-majority countries, those countries will cease to exist, and merge into a reborn Islamic caliphate.

But wait! Those people don’t want to be ruled by sharia law, do they?! Oh yes they do. According to the same poll, three-quarters of the world’s Muslims want to “require Islamic countries to impose a strict application of sharia.” If you think about it, this is no more outrageous than Americans wanting to use the American legal system, or the French wanting to use the Napoleonic code. Nobody wants to be ruled by powerful foreigners, and nobody wants to be forced to use a foreign legal system in ones own country. And for most Muslims, their country is Islam – not the pathetic little bantustans the West carved out of the Islamic world less than a century ago, nor the even smaller and more pathetic bantustans the Israelis and their American lapdogs are trying to carve out today.

Qaddafi, ironically enough, silenced, persecuted, tortured, and murdered Islamic activists who held high the green banner of Islam, with its creed “no god but God, and Muhammad is God’s prophet,” as the basis of anti-imperialist unity and a reborn Islamic nation. He was the last great Arab secular nationalist, in the mold of his hero Nasser. With his passing, Arab secular nationalism is officially dead.

The Islamic gold dinar and silver dirham, however, are very much alive; and they are the weapons that will create the Islamic unity that the Muslim majority wants. All Muslims have to do is say, very firmly: Our religion requires us to use only commodity currency. We must pay our zakat in gold and silver. Usury is a crime equal to rape and murder, and using money created through usury is as bad as participating in mass rape and murder. We cannot use Rothschild money. Henceforth, we will only accept commodity money in return for our oil and gas exports. And henceforth, usury money, like usury itself, will be banned from all Muslim-majority lands. Like the EU, we will create a common currency, the gold dinar and silver dirham; and then we will move beyond the EU and create a real political union with a shared defense force.

These are the demands that Occupy movements in Islamic nations must adopt – and which the Occupy movements in the West should support. After all, the root of all political evil is the Rothschild money monopoly. Western dissidents alone don’t have the power to topple it. Only the Muslim bloc – 1.5 billion people potentially willing to die to liberate themselves and the planet from the rule of the usurers – has that power. That’s why Muslims were framed for 9/11: To launch a pre-emptive war on Islam. The banksters were trying to pre-empt Islam’s coming victory over usury.

Whether it happens this year or next, or in a decade or two, Islamic unity is coming, because the people want it. The rebels’ victory over Qaddafi will be seen in retrospect not as a win for Western imperialism – as so many alternative journalists think – but as the end of misguided nationalism and another big step toward the coming reunification of the Islamic world.

"We fabricated drug charges against innocent people to meet arrest quotas", former detective testifies

A former NYPD narcotics detective snared in a corruption scandal testified it was common practice to fabricate drug charges against innocent people to meet arrest quotas.

The bombshell testimony from Stephen Anderson is the first public account of the twisted culture behind the false arrests in the Brooklyn South and Queens narc squads, which led to the arrests of eight cops and a massive shakeup.

Anderson, testifying under a cooperation agreement with prosecutors, was busted for planting cocaine, a practice known as “flaking,” on four men in a Queens bar in 2008 to help out fellow cop Henry Tavarez, whose buy-and-bust activity had been low.

“Tavarez was … was worried about getting sent back [to patrol] and, you know, the supervisors getting on his case,” he recounted at the corruption trial of Brooklyn South narcotics Detective Jason Arbeeny.

“I had decided to give him [Tavarez] the drugs to help him out so that he could say he had a buy,” Anderson testified last week in Brooklyn Supreme Court.

Stop Meddling!

By David Galland, Managing Director

Dear Reader,
In New York City for the Singularity Summit (more on that later), Alex Daley of our Casey Extraordinary Technology service and I decided to see what all the commotion is about and so wandered through a light drizzle to Zuccotti Park, home to the Occupy Wall Street protestors.
The group sure is attracting a lot of media smoke, so might there also be fire?
While it may be a conceit, as a young person arrested in the Oakland Induction Center riots, circa 1967, I like to think I know at least a little about grouping together in order to take it to the man.
So, based on my experience, how does OWS stack up?
In a word, pathetic. For three reasons.
1. Lack of a solidifying (or even coherent) purpose.  First and foremost, the movement lacks a cohesive purpose.
As expected, there were a dozen or so cliques touting anti-capitalist themes. But other than in a general sense, they were far from the majority, which I would loosely describe as loosely described.
We saw one group against fracking and another small pod holding up signs calling for justice for the victims of Ecuadorian death squads. One old-timer held up a soggy sign with a passage of the US Constitution, lecturing passionately to a small contingent of bored youths on how said passage had been violated.
Standing nearby in the small park, an aspiring young Che was trying to get the attention of fellow les misérables in order to tell them how South America had been a non-violent paradise prior to the arrival of the white man. Others want to "eat the rich," while another... Well, you get the idea.
I am sure there was a divergence of opinions on this and that back in the Sixties, but I can assure you that everyone who sat in at the Oakland Induction Center, and dozens of other locations like it, was clear that the objective of the protest was to stop the Vietnam War. In the case of Oakland, by blocking the doors to the center through which the US war machine was regularly processing thousands of slaves, er, draftees, precedent to flinging them into a losing war in a country that not one in a hundred of them could even point out on a map.
By contrast, Occupy Wall Street appears to be little more than a gathering spot for the misguided, ill-informed, disgruntled and disenchanted. That is not to say that there aren't some legitimate gripes represented among the motley. Rather it is that unless and until they actually decide on a specific objective, their chances are slim of accomplishing anything more than encouraging copycat groups in other countries to riot for more targeted purposes – for instance, in Italy to protest government austerity measures.
As to who is encouraging those other groups, look no further than the television vans around the park perimeter. I strongly suspect some producer somewhere decided that OWS could be made into good drama for the nightly newsertainment, and so it came to pass. Given the lack of vigor in the park, it wouldn't surprise me at all if said producer had to periodically nudge the lumps with the toe of his boot and encourage them to make some noise for the cameras.

2. What leaders they have, appear to be both idiots and ideologues. A leader leads, as in getting the masses to act in concert in order to achieve a specific goal. Given the Tower of Babble gibberish so clearly in evidence, it's clear that no one near the top of the flock has a unifying vision or the ability to rally the troops in cohesive action.
If you want to understand just how painfully moronic the purported thought-leaders of this movement are, you only have to take a few minutes to watch this YouTube video.  (I have to warn you, however; this may cause irreversible brain damage.) The speaker is none other than uber-greenie Bill McKibben.
Doug Casey recently referred to these guys as "watermelons"… green on the outside, red on the inside, and I can't argue the point. In case you are wondering, the spastic wiggling of fingers in the background is called "twinkles" – and is done when trying to express enthusiasm for a speaker without interrupting them with applause.
So, what's got McKibben and his troupe of scary sycophants all heated up at Zuccotti Park? None other than the proposed extension of the Keystone Pipeline, an evil tube of death flowing from the tar sands of Canada to the Gulf of Mexico. In McKibben's own words, according to certain unnamed scientists, "If we build this pipeline, it is game over for the climate."
Game over for the climate? Egads! Death to us all, including the doe-eyed little polar bears! And people accuse us here at Casey Research of being gloomy and doomy.
Thanks to regular correspondent Marko, here are a couple of maps that clarify the dire threat posed by the proposed Keystone extension, this veritable Godzilla of Goo. So, what does the extension actually look like? See the dotted lines on the map here. Monstrous!
Devastating, no question about it.
Next, we see a map of all the many pipelines in the US that are interconnected with the Canadian oil fields.
How can anyone deny that McKibben and his chorus are right… we should fight this monstrosity at all costs! To the ramparts!
That would show those filthy Canadians what to do with their filthy oil… namely swing that dotted line west in order to better ship the stuff off to China.

3. If You Aren't Getting Arrested, You Are Doing Something Wrong!
Seriously, I wanted to stand up in the middle of the park, clear my throat and yell, "Hey, listen up! What are you doing here? Pull yourselves together and get down to business!" (Egged on by Alex for his personal entertainment, I'm pretty sure.)
So, here's the set-up. The protestors, which number only in the dozens, are encamped in a small park in a fairly non-descript and unimportant corner of Manhattan. They are literally surrounded, in order of scale, by the police, the media (in nice, cozy vans), and Falafel vendors (it's hard not to love the contradiction between the signs saying "Down with Capitalism" and the Falafel vendors doing land office business selling the protestors their grub).
In other words, like the "Free Speech Zones" now mandatory for anyone caring to express an opposing opinion as presidential motorcade6s rush by, the Occupy Wall Street folks have allowed themselves to be corralled within the boundaries of a designated protest area, approved by the powers-that-be as suitable for the malcontents.
Exposing the extent of the farce, the New York Police force has a portable, extendible watch tower that looms over the park, keeping a Sauron-like eye on the goings-on. That thing would have lasted about ten minutes back in the good old brick-throwing days.
If I learned nothing back in the Sixties, it is that (once you decide on an objective) you need to assemble in the spot that most forcibly gets your point across – by disrupting business as usual – until the government has no choice but to arrest you, after which you return to same scene and repeat until someone gives. You win if the other guy blinks. Were I trying to discomfit Wall Street, I'd be blocking the doors of the major financial houses.
But what I'd really do is to forget Wall Streeters; they are mostly only symbiotic parasites stuck in the guts of the Washington overlords. And so, speaking only hypothetically here (because one would never advocate an open uprising against one's own government), were I leading the Occupy Wall Street mob, I'd have them on the next bus to the Golden City of Oz. And once there, I'd hand out chains and padlocks for the mob to lock themselves, like early Christmas ornaments, to the gates of the White House and to the front of the congressional hive.
That, however, probably won't happen. Instead, I suspect these directionless 'shrooms will remain largely hunkered down in their little park, venturing out only occasionally to be joined by sport rioters with no larger purpose than shouting out in a crowd, until the Northeastern winter picks them off one at a time.
"Hey dude, where you going?"
"Ah, er, out for a latte."
"Really? You sure? That's what the last hundred people said, and they never came back. "
"No man, seriously, I'll be back.  Seriously."
And so, rather than ending with the bang of exploding tear gas canisters and the strident sirens of paddy wagons, I expect OWS to end one day after the few remaining protest leaders, staring at each other across the leftovers of last night's falafels, realize they are pretty much alone and shuffle off muttering something about the need to get a job.
If you sense a certain disappointment in my remarks, you would be right.
For starters, the protestors provide such tangible proof of the failure of the US educational system. Things have gotten so bad, so politically correct, so politicized, so degraded by teacher bias, so removed from the hard sciences, so enamored of the big lies, that the vast majority of rank and file down at Zuccotti appear almost devoid of reason – and therefore rationality – about what it is they are doing.
Secondly, I'm disappointed because if there was ever a good time for a protest – against the sovereign states with their constant meddling in their economies, in starting wars, tampering with justice, interfering with the personal pursuit of happiness, and regulating business out of business – it is now.
Unfortunately, if there is a unifying theme even remotely present in the OWS movement, it is that the government needs to meddle more, not less.
If I wasn't so lazy, or maybe indifferent, I might suggest a counter-demonstration with a simple slogan.

Stop Meddling!
Concise and straightforward. Better, from the standpoint of organizing, it opens up a wide vista of potential protest locales. The Fed, the FDA, the Congress, the Treasury, the White House, the State Department, the Department of War… why, the list is (sadly) almost endless at this point.
And it wouldn't start on Wall Street, but about 227 miles south.

Clive Maund: If Europe Should Fail

From goldseek.com OCTOBER 21, 2011:

Action yesterday across markets was bearish and set alarm bells ringing - in particular the action in the PM sector, where the Head-and-Shoulders bottom pattern that we have observed in PM sector stock indices appears to be aborting. If it does abort it will probably mean that the broad market will go into the tank, and that is precisely what we can expect to happen if Europe should fail.

It has to be said that up until now we - and most of the rest of the world - have blithely assumed that, confronted with catastrophe, European leaders will overcome their differences and solve Europe's problems by printing up a few trillion euros to paper over the cracks, US style, and keep the show on the road for a year or two longer, but it is now becoming increasingly apparent that the scale of the problems is so gargantuan that there may be no credible or workable solution. The sad fact of the matter is that the bungling, discordant self-serving buffoons who run Europe may well have left it too late. If Europe should fail - and the markets look set to pass judgement on it next week, after a weekend of crucial meetings, then the consequences will be unthinkable, yet think about them we must.

if Europe should fail this is what we can expect to happen - European banks will crash and burn and take down major US banks, which are already walking wounded basket cases anyway. We are likely to see a lengthy unscheduled "bank holiday" - banks will slam their doors and if your money is still inside their vaults then you are out of luck. Major disruptions in supply and distribution of food and fuel in particular will trigger general panic, and riots and mob violence will spread rapidly - what we have seen on TV happening in Greece will suddenly happen on the streets of the US and many other countries. Stockmarkets will crash in a manner that will make 2008 seem like a "walk in the park". Virtually every asset class and investment will crater - especially commodities, stocks and Real Estate. The euro will be vaporized. The tidal wave of funds liberated by this mass panic are going to have to go somewhere and normally we would expect them to go into the US dollar and Treasuries, but with US banks failing even this cannot be relied upon. The one surefire investment category that will shine - provided that is that the markets or brokerage houses etc involved with these transactions don't themselves fail - is "misfortune securities", meaning bear ETFs and Puts.

The gravity of this crisis is such that we are not simply talking about protecting investments and making opportunistic gains out of the mayhem that will ensue, if Europe should fail, we are talking survival issues as well, as due to the interconnected nature of the global economy things could become very ugly, very fast across a broad front. If you want to learn what life is like when banks suddenly slam their doors, then you should read up on the Argentinian crisis of the early noughties. The middle class suddenly found themselves disconnected from their savings, and as many of them lost their jobs at about the same time, they became instantly destitute, and forced to swap their possessions for food. Crime soared and people who had been used to living relatively cushy lives suddenly found themselves living on the edge in a law-of-the jungle nightmare. If Europe should fail this is what may quickly become reality not just in Europe but in the acutely fragile and vulnerable US and many other other countries as well. Other undesirable consequences will be unemployment rising to incredible unprecedented levels, so that students leaving college will have almost ZERO chance of finding work. The travel industry, much of which is non-essential, will be devastated with airlines slashing flights and going bust and hotels suffering extremely low occupancy rates.

With things rapidly coming to a head in Europe, this catastrophic chain of events could be set in motion as early as next week. So stop and think about this for a moment - WHAT WILL YOU DO, AND WHAT SITUATION WILL YOU FIND YOURSELF IN, IF BANKS SLAM THEIR DOORS WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS? - are you starting to see what I am driving at? Good, then here is what you do. You go down to the bank either today (Thursday) or tomorrow - we have the luxury of another day - and draw out a stash of cash - sufficient to keep you and your family in food and essentials for at least a month and preferably more like 3 months. When you stroll into the bank it will feel surreal, everything will appear normal and people will be standing in short lines and chatting and smiling etc, and you may find yourself thinking "That Maund's lost it - he's completely off his rocker", but if the danger I have described should become reality then you are going to be mighty glad you visited the bank this week, instead of turning up in a couple of weeks to find the doors shut and a huge crowd of desperate people outside hurling rocks at the windows. If this danger does not become reality, and there is a miracle solution to Europe's problems and everything returns to "normal", then you have lost nothing and you can stroll down to the bank again and pay the funds back into your account in a few weeks time, once you are convinced it is safe to do so. No-one will think you are crazy because of course you don't have to tell anyone why you are drawing out the money.

What would be the effect on the Precious Metals sector, if Europe should fail? - sadly it will crater along with the rest of the market and we saw early evidence of that with the "shot across the bows" yesterday when the sector fell heavily on a broad market retreat. Now, we don't know for sure that Europe will fail, but the situation is very precarious and it looks like a 50:50 chance at this point that this dire scenario will prevail, or at least a 30:70 chance that it will. The danger is sufficiently great that we need to be aware of it ahead of time, so that we don't get caught out and go into blind panic along with the mob. What you do about this will depend on your own personal situation and investment orientation. There are various ways to handle it - you can pull in close stops on PM investments, which is recommended, hedge with bear ETFs and/or options, and the more aggressive and opportunistic amongst you can set yourselves up to make a fortune in options if the markets crater, accepting fully the risk of losing your stake if the crisis is averted or at least postponed significantly.

Let's hope Europe doesn't fail - but be ready if it does.

Footnote posted a day later on 21st - there isn't much that suprises me these days, but I have received some news from a subscriber, Bob, in the US, that has left me dumbfounded, and disappointed I must say as I was looking forward to being responsible for causing a run on the banks. Here is what he told me -

"Clive, in your post "If Europe Should Fail" you have recommended your subscribers "draw out a stash of cash".  I have been attempting to do this with my local bank for over a week and this is what I have learned.  The only "cash" the banks have at their facilities is the bare minimum for making change, cashing paychecks, etc. More than 99% of their so called cash "assets" is electronic money and not "cash" money.  They are generally happy to transfer this electronic money elsewhere but if you want the real thing, "cash", the bank will, in most cases, either deny your request or put you off for, in some instances, more than a week.  Many of my contacts across the US are reporting having the same problems I am having getting any significant amount of cash out of their local banks."

The meaning of this is clear - TAKE WHAT YOU CAN WHILE YOU CAN.

Everyone falling for Occupy scam

From Newslog, by Richard Moore

I am truly amazed that nearly everyone, even the most radical, has been taken in by the co-opted-from-birth Occupy Movement. That the movement is a co-opted project becomes obvious when you compare what's happening now with what happened in the days of the anti-globalization movement – which was equally radical in its perspectives and in its grassroots organizational principles: equally a potential 'threat to the capitalist system'.

That earlier movement was not co-opted (apart from the agent-provocateur black block), and so it was denigrated in the media and suppressed by the police – each new protest treated more brutally than the previous. In the Occupy movement we get only token suppression – enough to make it feel like a real oppositional movement – and in mainstream media (eg Wash Post, Guardian) we get highly sympathetic, even favorable, coverage.

Once one realizes that the movement is co-opted, then the evolutionary thread becomes clear – leading back to events in Egypt, the earlier CIA-sponsored 'colored revolutions', and the still earlier CIA cult experiments (eg, Rev. Jim Jones and the People's Temple). The question then becomes: Where are they taking this movement and why?
In order to approach that question, one must recognize a certain reality, that is: the growth-oriented capitalist system is coming down. If the powers-that-be had any interest in reviving that system, they wouldn't be doing any of the things they have been doing. And in fact everything they've been doing – with bailout scams, debt burdens, and austerity – is designed to bring the global economic system to a halt.
The Occupy Movement sees itself as the voice of reason, and the voice of the people, speaking to an intransigent 'old order', an order that thinks only of profit and greed, an order that cannot change its ways, an order that is incapable of responding effectively to the inevitable environmental necessity of stopping the growth machine and deploying a new economic paradigm.

In the mindset of the Occupy Movement, there is no possibility of a coherent response-from-above, a viable 'vision of a new system' from the powers-that-be themselves. I suggest that excluding that possibility is a dangerous thing to do. Consider this sentence from a recent editorial (below) from the Socialist Worker Party's website, talking about the Occupy Movement:
>    One of the most common chants was "How do we fix the deficit: End the wars, cancel the debt".
How indeed? Elementary my dear Watson: establish a one-world government, declare a 'New Game' economically (like starting a new game of monopoly), and issue a new global currency. With one global government there can't be wars between nations. What a simple, obvious answer to all our problems, if we listen to 'the most common chant'.

Returning to our question: Where are they taking this movement and why? My guess, perhaps even my prediction, is that the OWS movement is going to come up with some glorious vision of a beneficent global government – thinking they invented it democratically – and then the powers that be will 'give in to the demands', establishing what they've always wanted to establish: a one-world government owned and run by themselves.

_______
We are the 99%
11/10/2011
The “Occupy Wall Street” protests against economic inequality and corporate greed that targeted the nerve centre of global capitalism have captured the imagination of millions of people across the United States and around the world. “We are the 99%”, the protesters proclaim and “we will no longer tolerate the greed and corruption of the 1%”. The movement was sparked in part by Canadian-based Adbusters Media Foundation, an anti-consumerism group that called on people to occupy Wall street to protest against corporate greed. The protest began on 17 September with only a few hundred people but is now no longer simply a New York phenomenon; the movement has spread to over 70 major cities across the US and there were solidarity protests in cities around the globe from Berlin to Dublin. The slogan “Occupy Wall Street” has been suitably abbreviated to a simple word: “occupy”. The fighting spirit on display in the US at the moment didn’t come from nowhere. The past 12 months have seen an enormous revival in struggle in the States in general. Last winter there was a powerful uprising in Wisconsin against Scott Walker, the Republican anti-busting state governor. Over the summer there were the popular Verizon (Vodafone's partner company) strike in New York and up and down the West Coast longshore workers boycotted scab cargo while public school teachers went on strike in Tacoma, Washington in defiance of a judge’s order. This revival in working class struggle has encouraged many union branches to come on board and support the movement and the involvement of workers in the Occupy movement has meant that the movement is growing and becoming more focused politically. On Wednesday of last week more than 20,000 people from all walks of life marched in support of “Occupy Wall Street”. One of the most common chants was "How do we fix the deficit: End the wars, cancel the debt". "John Samuelson, president of the New York City branch of Transport Workers which represents some 30,000 bus and subway workers, explained in an interview last week why US workers have responded to the call to Occupy Wall Street: “I believe to a large extent the protesters on Wall Street are singing the same song, and fighting the same battle, that our union has fought for the last 18 months...There's a sense of desperation, I believe, among working people and working families in this country that the folks in government just don't get. There's a lot of millionaires in Congress that have no idea… that have no idea what it's like... to have to feed kids or pay tuition or pay a mortgage.” As capitalism finds itself falling deeper and deeper into crisis it is important for the movement whether in the US, in Europe or, in Ireland to grow and develop so that it is strong enough to project its own vision of a society based on human need rather than profits. As activists we need to discuss and debate our priorities and strategies at a local level but we also have to focus on the big picture and build a working-class movement that is capable of defending the interests of all the have-nots in the struggle across the world against the global 1 percent.
